The ApexLift Alton is specially designed to safely lift patients in and out of the bathtub from a wheelchair. The lift fits snugly against the side of the tub and is supported during pivoting with a brace arm across the edge of the tub. Extremely secure, the patient is comfortably and gently lifted up and down through the transfer process. There is no drilling or anchoring required as the lift sits on its own leveling casters. The lift boom swings out of the way when not in use. The battery operated lift mechanism is fully enclosed and water proof.
