Warranty Information

We supply warranties subject to what the manufacturer provides, most have in-home service warranties for units we sell nation wide. Currently, warranties cover both parts and labor for the first full year. Most assistive aid products come with a warranty that cover parts but it does not cover travel time or labor. We feel everyone who purchases our products deserves the best warranty possible.

Shipping Information

In the unlikely event that a product does not deliver intact, please contact us immediately. If a product delivers damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipper at once. Do not continue to unpack to assemble. The shipper is liable for the replacement cost and requires the package to stay in the condition as it is found. If you do unwrap, the shipper may not cover the damage, and we as the reseller are not liable for these situations. Rest assured, we WILL do all we can to make sure you receive what you order, in proper condition and your satisfaction is our guarantee.

As our product line grows, the warranty and shipping information may be subject to revisions.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which charges us non-reversal fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy is a 15% restocking fee because we have to ship back to manufacturer. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
